Minimum service fee. If your U-verse TV service is suspended due to non-payment, you will be included in a minimum service package with reduced programming for a single package of $9.99 («Minimum Service Fee»), subject to applicable law and unless expressly agreed otherwise in writing. If AT&T reduces or suspends your service due to non-payment, you will have to pay all overdue amounts to resume your U-verse TV service at a level above the minimum benefit plan. Some programs may not be available in certain jurisdictions due to legal, regulatory, and contractual prohibitions, including Federal Communications Commission restrictions and sports cancellations. If you also purchase AT&T phone service, caller credentials for AT&T phone calls may appear on your TV screen. In addition, call history information for all missed and answered calls can be displayed on your TV screen and cannot be pin protected. Dialed call history cannot be displayed on the TV screen.
