Kirsty Worden joins us in Manchester to recruit paralegals and lawyers in commercial and private disciplines in the North West and Yorkshire. Kirsty earned a degree in criminology before embarking on her recruitment career in 2011. In her previous role, she led a team of legal advisers at a Preston-based agency and recruited from private law firms across the UK. Sarah Wilkinson joins our six-person Special Broadcasts division in Manchester, recruiting property transfer lawyers at all levels in the Midlands. Sarah is a highly experienced freight forwarder with 17 years of experience in the legal industry. Miriam obtained her LL.B from the University of Liverpool in 2016 before completing her LPC at the University of Sheffield. In 2017, she completed seven months of her apprenticeship contract with DLA Piper in Birmingham before deciding to travel to the West Coast of the United States and pursue a master`s degree. Dave holds a BA from the National University of Ireland in Galway and began his recruitment career in 2017 as a consultant to clients in the public sector and financial services sectors. Neelam Morris joins our in-house team in Birmingham to work in the Midlands and recruit lawyers for in-house organisations. She received her LL.B from the University of Birmingham in 2002 and her LPC from the College of Law in 2003. She then worked in private practice before moving to a global recruitment consultancy in 2005, where she was primarily responsible for in-house recruitment. Other newcomers will join BCL`s legal team in the coming months until 2020. Amy Kaur joins us in Birmingham to focus on recruiting corporate, commercial, real estate, planning, banking and corporate tax lawyers in Berkshire, Surrey and Oxfordshire. She began her recruitment career in 2014, shortly after completing her studies in business administration. Amy has experience in recruiting for various industries and recently worked for an international recruitment company. Stuart Lim joins our London team to specialise in placing lawyers in employment positions and private clients in London. Stuart is a non-practising lawyer.
He graduated with honours from BPP University of Manchester. He also holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Manchester and a Masters in Criminal Law and Criminal Justice from the University of Edinburgh. At a time of sustained and rapid growth, we are pleased to appoint seven new employees to the company: David Nolan, Amy Kaur, James Mills, Kirsty Worden, Stuart Lim, Sarah Wilkinson and Miriam Ahmad. Neelam Morris also joins the internal team as a Senior Partner. James Mills joins us in Manchester to specialise in recruiting lawyers for transactional roles in private practice across Yorkshire. James studied law at the University of Leeds and obtained the LPC at BPP. He then trained with Walker Morris at Leeds and, after graduating as a lawyer, moved to Manchester to join Fieldfisher.
